Quick answers

Most failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank/gateway within 2–4 working days. If it doesn’t reflect, contact us with the transaction reference from your bank/SMS.

COD is available on select pincodes and order values. You’ll see COD eligibility at order assistance after entering your address and pincode.

Yes. Enter your GSTIN on the order assistance page; we’ll include it on the invoice. For corrections, write to us within 24 hours of order placement.

After a return passes QC (see Returns), refunds are initiated to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice). Timelines: UPI/card/netbanking usually 2–4 working days.
